Paws were made for walking
Exercise is essential for dogs, especially so for the modern city dog when we can not be with them each and every day. The walk is a time for exercise, running off energy, exploring the enviroment, socialising and sating their insticts for physical activity and interaction.
Good exercise during the day promotes relaxation and helps to fill those long hours when owners are working or otherwise engaged.
I offer one hour group walks and solo walks as standard, longer and shorter walks are also available, we just need to chat to work out what is best for your four legged friend.
Walks take place over Hampstead Heath, over 600 aces of beautiful park consisiting of open fields, meadows, woods, ponds and hills, it is an ideal environment.
My walks involve walking, a rare commodity these days, we move at the dogs pace and I only use benches for doing up shoe laces. In hot weather we may take cooling breaks in the shade but otherwise it is all about socialising, playing, sniffing, exercise and exploration.
Please check out the F.A.Q page for the most common questions about the service, get in contact at any point with any questions. Prices can be found here.
If you would like to come for a walk to see if I am the walker for you - great - that's what I would do, there is no charge to meet, chat and take a walk with you and your furry family member.
One hour group walks between 11am and 3pm. Solo walks by arrangement.
Dogs are under constant supervision and are never left unattended.
I collect your dog from your home/place of work at an agreed time and then return them after their walk.
Walks consist of a minimum of one hours park time (often a little longer) and travel time is not included.
Absolute maximum of five dogs though normally walks are of three or four dogs. I carry a first aid kit and enough water to hydrate a camel.
All walks are fully insured, GPS tracked and carried out by a human that wants to spend their time with your dog. Rest assured that whilst you are busy or working your dog will be out receiving exercise, enrichment and entertainment in a safe, social and supervised environment before being dropped home happy and tired.
Group walks consist of a maximum of five dogs (usually only 3 or 4) and last for a minimum of one hour (often longer).
Solo walks are also available if you would prefer your dog to have one on one care.
I also offer pet/house sitting, daily house visits for puppies and elderly dogs, nutritional consultations and puppy training. Boarding is available for regular walking clients.
